The next iPhone from Apple to be called iPhone 14, possibly in a few more months, but we are collecting rumors of a possible iPhone 14 design while we wait. There are a lot of things we haven’t heard about the upcoming iPhones release datenew features i price listbut we may have had a look at him Pill keyhole display.

We’ll be updating this story as the rumor mill continues to spin, so be sure to bookmark this page for later. Here’s what we’ve heard so far, from rumors about more durable body made of titanium alloy to the screen without a cutout.

IPhone 14 display: dimming by a degree

This one has endured for years, but one of the biggest rumors is what the iPhone 14 is habit to have. After the introduction of the note on the iPhone X in 2017, Apple was finally able to ditch it this year. According to renowned Apple analyst Ming Chi Kuo, the company will replace it with a smaller punch camera on the Pro models. The punch hole design refers to the display with a small circular cutout for the front camera, as seen on many Samsung premieres, including the Galaxy S22 Ultra and Galaxy Z Flap 3.

Display analyst Ross Young assumes that instead of a punch design, the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max will have punch and pill cutout to accommodate the front camera and Face ID. The pill-shaped cutout is said to accommodate the front Face ID camera, while the punch hole punch is designed for the Face ID Spot Projector, according to January MacRumors Report.

Right now, Notch is home to the components that make Face ID work, which means Apple may need to reduce all of this technology to make the notch-free iPhone a reality. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman also mentioned the removal of the notch in the September issue of his Power On newsletter, which envisioned a “complete redesign” of the iPhone 14.

Apparently, the “keyhole and pill” screen of the iPhone 14 appeared in the diagrams on the Chinese social network Weibo, and then shared by YouTube by Jon Prosser leak. While we won’t know what the iPhone’s design will look like until it’s revealed, the diagrams give a glimpse into the possible display of the next iPhone.

IPhone 14 Camera Design: Reflect

Another design feature rumored to be on Apple’s charts is the massive camera bump. The iPhone 13 line has a protruding camera tab, which, depending on the model, has two or three lenses. According to Prosser, which has record hit and miss accuracy, the iPhone of the future will completely eliminate bumps, which could mean a thicker housing for camera components. According to Prosser, the body of the iPhone 14 will be a “fat boy”. But can it be thick enough to hold all your camera gear without the massive rear camera setup? I take this rumor with a grain of salt.

IPhone 14 case: stronger and lighter

Speaking of the iPhone case, Prosser also said that iPhone 14 Pro may receive a titanium alloy body replacing stainless steel for the first time. This rumor was first mentioned in a July report by the Chinese bureau of JP Morgan Chase. Apple previously used a titanium alloy on select Apple Watch models, including the Series 7. Titanium alloy rivals steel for strength while weighing less than stainless steel. Titanium is also more resistant to scratching, corrosion and bending.

Will the iPhone 14 fold?

Probably not. To be clear, we cannot say for sure whether a foldable iPhone it will never see the light of day, but hopefully it may be in the next few years. A Bloomberg report released in January said Apple already has a working prototype of the iPhone’s foldable display, but has not confirmed the launch schedule. Other outlets, including Taiwan’s Economic Daily, have cited 2022 as the year for the foldable iPhone to go live, while others suggest 2023. Display analyst Ross Young, however, suggests folding iPhone could be delayed until 2025.

remember iPhone 13 was incremental update from iPhone 12. This means it is potentially preparing the ground for a major redesign when the iPhone 14 or 15 comes out, much like Apple changed the look of its phones with iPhone X.
