Do you have Samsung Galaxy S22, Google pixel 6 or another phone that works Android 12, there is a menu that should take a few minutes to adjust. It’s called the quick settings menu, and it lets you quickly adjust Bluetooth, alarm, Wi-Fi, and Do not disturb settings, among others. All you need to do is swipe down from the top edge of the screen.
While this menu is designed with your convenience in mind, it is so full of settings it can be confusing. Moreover, you have a whole range of settings that you can add. As a result, the Quick Settings menu can quickly turn from handy to overwhelming.
Here’s how to customize and rearrange the settings tiles to make the menu easier to use. We are using Pixel 6 Probut the process should be the same for every android 12 phone.
First, swipe down from the top edge of the phone to pull down the settings menu. You’ll see the first four settings at first, so drag those settings again to expand them.

See that little pencil icon in the lower left corner? Tap this to edit the tiles.

Now you’ll see more settings icons, but you’ll also see a little pencil icon below them. Tap on that and the list will expand to show you all the available icons. Now you can touch and hold individual tiles and move them in the order that makes more sense to you.
But you can also drag them further down and remove them from the quick access menu. For example, if you never use Google Pay or Invert Colors, it’s a good idea to remove them from the list to clean it up and make it easier to view the tools you need.

Touch and hold to drag the icons in any order, or drag them down to the bottom section to remove them completely from the Quick Bar.

But you’ll also see other tiles that might not be in the quick settings menu yet, and you can touch, hold, and then drag them up into the list so they appear when you swipe down. Remember that the four settings tiles at the top will be the ones that show up first when you swipe to open the menu, so make sure the most used ones are here.
After rearranging the tiles exactly the way you want, just swipe up to close the panel, and you’re done.
